I felt need to put up a random quick update.

There's a litter of kittens just a few weeks old living in the kitchen right now. Their eyes are open and they're walking around. Even though damn noisy, even I cannot resist the strange attraction of the furry little things. I prefer dogs though, personally, and cats make me sneeze, but it gives a kind of added touch to the home. There's six of them, and they're so tiny it's hard not to step on one. And they're noisy. Really, fucking noisy.

Iris has still been quite upset lately. I'm beginning to seriously worry. I wish I could do more, but she still pushes away my company. She's dealing with so much, though. I don't know what else to do.

On the up side (or what there is of one), Mello's doing better and went back to work. Not to work, but rather catch up with his "friends". They were all quite startled to see him alive and he was just confused. :P
Albeit it must suck to not have half your memory and lounge around with headaches all day, even though he takes it for every damn advantage he can get.

It's still really hot over here, physically anyway. The air conditioner was finally put in, but it still gets really warm. I'm glad there's not much we have to do outside. I don't know how Iris could stand living here all her life. But well, I guess there's not much of a choice, heh.

Now I'm just rambling. If only there was more to do, on the Earth plane or otherwise.
